e_procure 2007

The e_procure is the trade fair with congress for procurement and supplier management. Managing directors, purchasing and IT managers can be brought forward in the area of software or services for the optimization of the procurement and supplier management.

At this year's e_procure we presented the new POOL4TOOL Release 4.5 with plenty of new features like

• Scenario Manager- proposal analysis and rating
• GAEB interface - complex construction biddings
• Online clearing center - eProcurement order clearing also without connected SAP system
• FMEA - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
• Webshop - collection of articles directly in the POOL4TOOL material database or upload via Excel
• BMECat generation free of charge for smaller suppliers
• Document management - upload of documents using drag and drop or e-mail

 

As special highlight our team presented live in our info lounge at our booth POOL4TOOL solutions with the integration to SAP every 30 minutes:

• Supplier registration, pre-qualification and classification
• eSourcing with SAP integration, documents dispatch, Scenario Manager and GAEB-interface
• eProcurement with SAP integration
• Logistics optimisation using WebEDI for individual order, delivery schedule, dispatch notification
• Complaints management with customers and suppliers in connection with SAP QM
• ROI calculation for eSourcing and order management projects
• Auctions at medium-sized businesses - advantages of ticker auctions

 

On Wednesday, 25.4. our General Manager Thomas Dieringer presented „Advantages of the POOL4TOOL supplier portal in strategic and operational purchasing for SAP users“" at the exhibitors forum.
