SRM - Tendering With POOL4TOOL

With the POOL4TOOL eSourcing module out of the SRM Suite, all kinds of purchasing procedures can be optimized and documented, including feasibility studies, project requests, yearly requests and concept competitions.

eRFQ - Request For Quotation

The eRFQ process is typically used in the areas of project purchases, batch size purchases, and yearly requests, to minimize process costs. With online replication of materials and supplier information sheets, requests, documents and buying conditions between POOL4TOOL and the ERP system, the entire database is automatically updated and aligned. This eliminates any sort of double entries or redundancies within the working processes.

Requests be initiated either in POOL4TOOL or the ERP system.

eRFI - Request For Information

With the POOL4TOOL eRFI module, extensive questionnaires can be generated, with categories and predefined answer options. The supplier fills in the questionnaire online, and eRFI weighs the categories, questions, and answers to create a radar or polar graph that supports benchmarking.

POOL4TOOL is successfully used in feasibility studies, information requests, and for the collection of additional data about suppliers. The same function is available in the SRM as a questionnaire and enables you to import answers into your suppliers' profiles.

Reporting

By default, all requests are analyzed with automatically generated Excel sheets that take into account the specific characteristics of the product groups they refer to.

Optionaly, we can provide our professional data warehouse reporting tool. With it, OLAP cubes containing requests and offerings can easily be evaluated, analyzed and presented on Excel pivot tables.
