The POOL4TOOL requisition function enables the entry of a requisition from any workstation, without setting up a SAP user on the system or purchasing SAP licenses. The requisition is transmitted to SAP through special SAP interfaces and the current status of the process is updated in POOL4TOOL so that the requester is able to check the status online.
