Groupware Integration With POOL4TOOL

POOL4TOOL offers standard interfaces and plugins for both MS Outlook and Lotus Notes environments.

The advantage of bidirectional synchronization for you is the easy administration of contacts, appointments, tasks and e-mails with the groupware tool with which you're familiar, and simultaneous data synchronization between that tool and POOL4TOOL.

Appointments and tasks can be created or edited in POOL4TOOL, Outlook or Notes and can be manually or automatically synchronized with the other system. The latest date of editing determines which version is used.

If contacts are synchronized, all data that is managed in Outlook or Notes is included. With Outlook you can also synchronize with mobile phones so that you have all contacts, appointments and tasks available, regardless of where you are.

For Lotus Notes and MS Outlook we also provide offline editing of tasks, appointments, contacts and e-mails, which are synchronized with POOL4TOOL at the next online connection.

Email Integration

E-mail integration usually works on a manual basis, because you may not want to document all e-mails centrally in POOL4TOOL. However, using our plugin, you can work on an e-mail in Outlook or Notes, and link it via pre-defined rules to related elements, such as contacts, projects, business units and objectives. Thus, your e-mail is reported centrally.
