Integration Into Staff Portals

Using LDAP directories, POOL4TOOL can be integrated into existing staff portals for uniform, role-based access. Through special interfaces, the user data of your employees is automatically synchronized with the date in the user management of your staff portal. Administration takes place primarily on the staff portal. Centralized access to POOL4TOOL is ensured with single sign-on.

Integration Into Supplier Portals

Single modules in POOL4TOOL can be integrated, using existing web services, into existing supplier portals, to enable straightforward access to all relevant information for your suppliers with single sign-on.

You can allow your suppliers to access POOL4TOOL applications without the need to have them registered in advance. What's more, supplier profiles can be synchronized bidirectionally with supplier profiles in POOL4TOOL through existing interfaces.

POOL4TOOL Mobile

With POOL4TOOL mobile your employees can access information in POOL4TOOL from their mobile phones. All the normal permission rules apply. You can access, edit or create organizational data, contact data, appointments, events and tasks online. E-mails and attachments can be sent, one's own and other people's calendars can be viewed, and, by clicking on a contact's phone number, the calling procedure can be initiated.
